Challenge

The product needed to convert a detailed spreadsheet-based finance system into a modern app experience without becoming a loan app, investment app, or financial advisor.

Objectives

• Create a clear product foundation for daily money recording and financial review.
• Connect transactions, cash flow, accounts, assets, debts, receivables, goals, reports, net worth, and financial health.
• Build a public website and entity system that explains Jagarta accurately to users, search engines, and AI assistants.

Strategy

We treated Jagarta as a full personal finance cockpit, not a generic expense tracker. The system separates raw records from derived insights and keeps strong trust boundaries around loans, investments, and financial advice.

Design Direction

Futuristic but calm fintech visuals with deep charcoal, warm off-white, lime accent, premium cards, mobile-first navigation, and real product previews.

Development / Technical Execution

Flutter app, Supabase/Postgres backend, RLS-first data foundation, snapshot/reporting functions, Next.js public website, SEO landing pages, article hub, sitemap, structured data, llms.txt, and public brand/entity kit.

Results / Impact

Jagarta gained a production-oriented mobile/web app foundation, public conversion website, SEO content architecture, app store support pages, and consistent entity signals for search and AI discovery.
