Scope, timeline, pricing, ownership, responsibilities, approval process, delivery terms, and payment schedule are confirmed through a written proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, agreement, or other written confirmation accepted by both sides.

Any estimate shown on the website or discussed during early discovery is indicative only. Final pricing depends on readiness, integrations, content volume, revision depth, launch timeline, third-party costs, and technical constraints.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets, content, access, approvals, feedback, legal clearance, and third-party permissions needed to complete the agreed scope. Delays in feedback, content, payment, or access may affect timeline and delivery.

Payment and commercial terms

Payment schedule, taxes, currency, late fees, cancellation rules, refund eligibility, and handover conditions are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, final source files, production access, and ownership transfer may depend on full payment.

Intellectual property
