Design direction
Slate blue on unglazed clay. Typography uses Petrona and Onest, with a palette developed for this concept.
Primary journey
Cases, never pieces → a running tier applied to the whole order → an order under the minimum refused with the exact shortfall → the next tier priced honestly: what the extra cases cost against what the better rate gives back, and a plain statement when that is still more money → stock shortfalls become lead time → order preview
