Optician & Eyewear: a website direction for your business.
A reskin of the Care engine: the same appointment pathways, visit preparation and four-step booking preview, carrying an optician that charges for the sight test and hands over the prescription to use anywhere, recalls at two years rather than one, offers to reglaze the frame you already own, and fits a blue-light coating without claiming it does anything.

Business need

For optician & eyewear, visitors need to understand the offer, inspect the details, and see how to take the next step. This concept makes that journey visible before a real project is scoped.
Design direction
Charcoal on warm paper, burnt orange accent. Typography uses Domine and Assistant, with a palette developed for this concept.
Primary journey
appointment pathways, preparation notes and four-step booking preview → the sight test is charged as clinical time and the prescription is printed and handed over for use anywhere, including online → the recall is two years, not the annual one the trade sends everybody → reglazing the frame you already own is offered before a new one → blue-light coatings are fitted and not claimed for
